Narr, just needed a theam. I was trying to figure out, what type of training i liked. I'm not body builder, or runner, nor gymnast. So, what am I? well wilderness Survival Training was just a general idea, to say I am interested in whatever makes me, more efficient as a human... So, if lost in the wild (for example) with no aids, I would be in good shape... Just a theam really, got nothing to do with the wilderness, or the wild, that was just a joke... :)

The pike progression looks good. I just joined golds gym and I basically use their studio rooms.
Keep the posts coming. Once I get a digital vid recorder, I will also do that.
