I, of course, will try the swing back and forth. Why did you use the steps? Does that help the swing back?

haha! Thanks man... The thing is, the higher you are the easier it is... My arms are shortish so its a nightmare to get my ass off the groud, but when I'm higher, its a lot easier... Olympics are awesome and yes, got loads of good ideas, although was very upset that Alicia Sacremone fell for the US team.

Dude that is hard core! I thought you were using some kind of special bench until I watched the side view and realized you simply threw some dumbbells down on top. Nicely done. I like the handstand claps too.
