Considering Changing workout.

I am wondering if i might switch to a fully body workout every sessions. A little and often might be a good approach for someone with my goals.

Something like,

2 Shoulder,
2 Legs,
2 Back,
2 Chest,
2 Skills,
2 Stomach.
Stretch.
