- Full Handstand Pushup (away from the wall)
- Press into a Handstand.
- Run a sub 25min 5K distance. (current best distance is 4.90K)
- Full Planche, horizontal to the floor.
- 5 reps, of 30K chinups for 3 sets.
- 10 wide grip Pullups for 3 sets.
I give myself 3 months from today to achieve these goals.
